RETURN POLICY

Returns Policy

Klop Australia Pty Ltd's returns policy only applies to products sold on www.klop.com.au.

All products purchased from klop.com.au are warranted for 30 days from the date of purchase, against manufacturer's defects or damage caused during shipping. Normal wear and tear and damage due to misuse is not covered under this policy.

During the normal course of playing Klop, the Pegs and Chuck will chip and dent. This is normal wear and tear and is not covered by this policy.

Damaged goods must be returned to Klop Australia Pty Ltd. Costs associated with returning damaged goods to Klop Australia Pty Ltd are to be incurred by the customer.

Klop Australia Pty Ltd will replace, for no additional cost, goods that are deemed by Klop Australia Pty Ltd to have manufacturer defects or damage caused during shipping. Additional shipping costs for replacement goods will be born by Klop Australia Pty Ltd.

Klop Australia Pty Ltd will not incur costs for the return to the customer of goods that are not deemed by Klop Australia Pty Ltd to have manufacturer defects or damage caused during shipping.

Refunds

Klop Australia Pty Ltd will not issue refunds for damaged or unwanted goods purchased through www.klop.com.au, other than in the following circumstances:

  1. - If stock is not available for delivery within 1-14 business days from the date of purchase, and an acceptable delivery date cannot be agreed upon with the customer, Klop Australia Pty Ltd will offer a full refund.
  2. - If an order is cancelled prior to the goods shipping, Klop Australia Pty Ltd will offer a full refund. Klop Australia Pty Ltd will not cancel orders once goods have been shipped and full costs will be incurred by the customer.

 

Any refunds made will attract standard merchant processing fees.
